Who can buy from you?

Our market focuses on companies in function of business gifts, shops in function of gift items, private enthusiasts, groups of friends, whisky clubs, associations of all kinds, charities, etc ...
In other words, anyone who is in the mood for a special project with spirits or coffee can come to us.

I have a business. Can the label be adapted to my company?

It is logical that as a company you want to get the most out of your investment. You can provide an extra back label for this or the front label can be adjusted in consultation with us. If the front label is adjusted, an additional cost will be charged.
Everything is discussed and decided in mutual consultation before purchasing.

Can I buy spirits without putting them in barrels?

PriCasLab also provides private label. This means that you can select a drink from our range of spirits that we will bottle for you in a bottle of your choice with a label of your choice. All this in glass bottles from 5cl to 1.5 litres.

Do I have to provide my own label?

PriCasLab does all that for you. After the selection of the spirit and the barrel, we immediately start with the creation of your label. Pricaslab works with a fixed label that is textually personalized.

At what alcohol percentage will it be bottled ?

We bottle at your desired alcohol percentage. The minimum alcohol percentage in the case of whisky is 40%.
The maximum is always the alcohol percentage when you have 27, 55or 110 liter.

How many bottles do I get out of a barrel?

The number of bottles you obtain after filling the barrel depends on your chosen alcohol percentage. We bottle in Aberdeen type 500ml bottles as standard. If you choose to fill on caskstrenght, a 27-liter barrel then it gives 54 bottles in return.

Where do your barrels come from?

We work with various suppliers. Our barrels are single-use and therefore first fill.
They come from all sectors of the alcoholic beverages manufacturing industry.

How much is the cost of such a barrel?

We only work with the Cask Renting system. A fixed price is used for this. This price consists of a part rent and a warehouse cost.
The rental price is most expensive with a first fill barrel and decreases degressively as a bareel is filled several times.

What are the costs?

We work with a pre-payment system. You choose your barrel, you choose your spirit and you choose your bottle. We calculate for you how your cost is structured and how much you have to pay. Your cost consists of rent of the barrel, purchase of the spirit, the excise duties, the cost of the glassware, the cost of the label, the bottling cost, the delivery and the VAT.

Can I choose my own barrel?

Once you have chosen a spirit, we will present you with a number of options of barrels for you to choose from. That way, your drink will get the finish taste that best suits you or your goal.

Is it possible to taste to follow up on the finish?

Since all excise duties have been paid in advance, your barrel no longer needs to be in an excise cage. By mutual agreement, you can have a sample taken out of your barrel every month to be able to taste. Taking a sample including shipping costs 20 euros.
If your barrel is not with us but with the partner distillery, the cost may be higher, depending on what the partner distiller will charge us to handle your request.

Will I also have to deal with angelshare?

All spirits, with the exception of the Gin are cask strengt. The alcohol percentage of the supplied spirit is different each time. That's because it also comes from barrels that are maturing. Given the short finish period required on smaller barrels, there is little chance of angelshare, but we guarantee the number of liters purchased anyway.
So there is no guarantee on the final alcohol percentage, but there is a guarantee on the total number of litres.
